1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to our 14-Day Money Back Guarantee and do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

2. Eligibility

  • The guarantee applies to products & services purchased directly from Drylake.
  • You must notify us within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery or purchase.
  • Our 14-day money-back guarantee applies to Adaptive Audience Display Pro. However, under UK law, your statutory right to cancel ends once you start downloading the plugin. By completing your purchase, you consent to immediate download and acknowledge that you waive your statutory cancellation rights. Our voluntary guarantee still allows you to request a refund within 14 days if you are not satisfied.

3. Conditions for Refund

  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Services already provided may be subject to deductions for work completed.

4. How to Cancel

  • Notify us in writing (email or post) within the 14-day period.
  • Use a clear statement such as: “I wish to cancel my purchase under the 14-Day Money Back Guarantee.”

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned cancellation confirmation.
  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

6. Exclusions

  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Digital downloads or services that have been fully performed.
  • Items damaged after delivery.

Any software that is purchased under a subscription model is done so under license, not sold. After the end of the subscription period, the product will cease to function as expected, unless the subscription is renewed before the expiry data.

Under no circumstances does this license permit redistribution, reverse engineering or resale without explicit written consent.
